About Coffee & Christianity

Coffee & Christianity grew out of something simple: opening the Bible in the middle of real life and finding that God still speaks there.

Between family, ministry, work, homeschooling, full schedules, and all the ordinary demands of the week, we have both learned how easy it is to move quickly and how necessary it is to keep returning to Scripture. This site is a place for us to share some of what God is teaching us along the way.

What we publish here is devotional writing rooted in the Bible and written for everyday life. Sometimes it may begin with a passage we have been studying, something God has been working out in us, or a truth we have needed to remember ourselves. Our hope is always the same: to point back to Jesus and encourage a faith that is not only understood, but lived.

We are not trying to have all the answers or add more noise to an already busy world. We simply want to create a place where you can slow down for a few minutes, open Scripture, and carry something true with you into the rest of your day.
